I have a Carrier heat pump model 38YCC 1yr old. Air from vent is 73 degrees which don't cool, whats normal?
the unit should put out air that is 25 degrees cooler than your room temperture...if it does not there is something wrong...1 to small a unit..2 low on freon..3 wrong or mismatched a-coil and condensing unit...now at 95 degrees that would be a good temp but as your house cooled down some if the temperature did not drop below 73 deg. coming out of the vent it wouldnt cool house below 85 degrees...
