The Honeywell HW2000i is created with a 4 stroke engine which in no way lacks power or potency. The 62 pound gas powered generator is actually capable of outputting over 2000 watts of usable AC power and is perhaps one of the finest in it's class when it comes to potency. This power can be maintained for no less than 5 hours when the generator is being run at max capacity.
You need to use this high powered generator to supply power to even your most costly and delicate electronic items like big-screen TVs, computers, and many other household electronics items that you might want to power up.
Oftentimes the issue with gas powered generators is they are extremely loud, which can become a nuisance in neighborhoods, camp grounds, or any other crowded areas where power is required. The Honeywell HW2000i nonetheless , is one of the quieter generators on the market as it runs at a nominal 62 dB when at max load. This is actually really quite matched against most, and will definitely not be a cause for distraction or interruption to others around you.
The HW2000i is a simple start and is also quite simple to operate thanks to the user-friendly operating instructions and straightforward access control panel that it comes outfitted with. Even the first time generator user will have no issues using this piece of equipment.
In the interests of fairness and impartiality we have to note that 1 or 2 commentators did think the product might be a tiny overpriced. Whether that is true might be a matter of opinion, and some will speculate on just about anything if they aren't happy with any part of the product. The numbers of grumbles about the price nevertheless , are little compared to the amount of positive reviews that this generator has received.
When thinking about the quantity of praise that the Honeywell HW2000i Gas Powered Portable Generator has received, and the amount of valuable features and qualities that it has we feel delighted to commend it for sale if you are wanting a secondary power source in the event of an emergency or maybe for normal use.

Gasoline vs. Propane powered home generator?
What type of generator should I buy for my home, a gasoline or one that is powered by my propane gas line? Pros and cons of each? I need between 10,000-15,000 watt of power since I want to hook it up to my ac. Do they make 10,000 watt generators that are portable? Why would you need a portable generator? Thanks, moving to a hurricane zone and am unfamiliar with these types of products.

Portable gasoline powered generators are available up to at least 15kW, although at that capacity the weight and size somewhat limit how portable the units really are. Even my 5kW generator needs a second person for lifting aboard a truck or trailer.
There are conversion kits available to power the engine from either gasoline, natural gas, or propane. There is a link from my generator page, above. Depending on availability, propane can also be very difficult to obtain during a power outage. The lineups will be much longer as people want to refill their tanks for cooking purposes. On the other hand, the storage issues related to propane are much easier compared to gasoline.
