I followed some really bad advice (thanks hot topic"specialist") and used a folded up silicone gauge to go from a 0 to a 00 my ears are sore its been 2 days and they look infected, I tried to remove them but it looks like my skin is stuck to my gauge I tried a hot shower and a q tip with warm water to try and ease the skin and jewelry apart but all i see is small amounts of blood and large amount of pain! it wont move at all not back and forth or in rotation, can anyone help ? what I want to know is if I leave them alone and keep them clean once they heal willI be able to take them out or do they really heal to the jewelry? I am in a ton of pain
