Keychain Kubotan "Practical Self-protection for females
The Kubotan is the registered trademark of its creator, Takayuki Kubota. It was originally intended as a means for police to subdue their suspects non-lethally, and without permanent injury. He first brought the weapon to the awareness of the L. A. police when he trained the Dept.'s female police officers in its use and application. It has been called "The Persuader" and is hailed as an instrument of perspective changes.
The keychain Kubotan is roughly the size of a marker pen, about 5 and a half inches long and just over a half-inch in diameter. It is not too heavy to carry, indeed its size and the six grooves that line its shaft are good for gripping. It is made from hard, high impact plastic. Attached to one end is a screw eye with a split ring on which to hold a collection of keys.
The scale of the Kubotan, as well as the fact that it's on a key chain, is best for disguising its true purpose. To the non-professional observer, this self-protection tool is like a key holder; its camouflage makes it a weapon of surprise as well as desire. The weapon is intended to be used by striking bone, soft flesh or nerve points, such as knuckles, the bridge of the nose, the shins, and so on. If at all possible, attempt to hit as many of these spots as feasible to debilitate the assailant and hinder him from following you.

rebuilding a 50ft. tugboat with kubota 450 marine engine and 6:1 transmission. need the diameter of the propeler so i can have it casted in the mill. it used to have a smaller engine 300 hp engine with a 42"dia prop.
